B2B revenue systems, fixed while they're running.
I sort out Salesforce, your product tech, your revenue platforms, and all of the data between them for B2B businesses — especially through carve-outs, migrations and acquisitions, when everything has to keep working anyway.

You already know what's wrong
Most teams can name the problem perfectly well. What they don't have is someone with the time, and the scars, to go and fix it.
Data: Nobody trusts the numbers
Two reports, two answers, and a monthly argument about which one is right. Duplicate accounts, half-filled fields, no agreed definition of a customer.
M&A: You're carving out, or being bought
CRM, billing, marketing and identity all have to come apart and stand up on their own, without missing a renewal or losing a quarter.
Tech: The platforms cost more than they return
Licences for tools nobody opens, automation that stopped making sense after the last reorg, and processes that live in one person's head.
Operations: Sales and marketing are pulling apart
Leads arrive unscored and unrouted, campaigns can't prove their worth, and renewals depend on someone remembering.
You've got options
I can work flexibly to suit your specific issues and budget.
A short audit
A few days in your systems, then a plain-English account of what's wrong, what it's costing you, and the order to fix it in.
A defined project
A migration, an integration, a separation or a rebuild — scoped, priced and delivered end to end.
A day or two a week
Ongoing technology and revenue operations capacity for businesses that need the expertise but not the headcount.
Thirteen years of doing this from the inside
I've spent my career in B2B media, subscriptions and events, running product technology and revenue operations for businesses with a lot of brands and not much patience for theory. Most recently I was Head of Technology & Revenue Operations at Euromoney, where I led the technology and operations workstream for its sale to new private equity owners, meaning: a new standalone Salesforce org, finance and billing through Sage Intacct, customer identity and entitlements, marketing automation, and the reporting to run all of it — without disrupting revenue.
Before that I built the same things from a standing start. I have specced and rolled out the CRM, CMS, marketing automation, website and membership platform for businesses before, and then trained the people who had to live with them.
What that adds up to is someone equally comfortable in a steering meeting and in the configuration screen. I'll map the architecture, negotiate with the implementation partner, write the reconciliation queries, run the UAT, and still be there during hypercare when it goes live. Then I'll document it and hand it over, because the job isn't finished until your team can run it without me.
Tell me what's going on
A sentence or two is plenty to start. I'll come back within a working day, and if I'm not the right person I'll say so and point you at someone who is.
